With over a decade of land sales experience, Jesse Ingels is a top-selling land agent in the Pacific Northwest. Jesse’s experience in land brokerage has been influenced by the geography she’s lived in; she’s not intimidated by dirt roads or mountain passes. She and her family can often be found camping, shooting, or rockhounding far beyond cell phone signal or electrical grids in the Evergreen State.
Jesse has been selling rural, forested, agricultural, and vacant land across the western US since 2006. She's closed hundreds of transactions with buyers and sellers located all around the world.
Membership and active participation in organizations like Washington Cattlemens Association, Farm Bureau and Inland Northwest Wildlife Council connects Jesse to new land contacts regularly.
Ongoing training, contracting with expert designers of various media, proprietary agreements with the most frequently visited land websites, and daily study of the Washington land market are minimum standards of practice at WSLFS.
Jesse's land career started in rural California during the 2006 Recession when real estate prices were falling faster than foreclosure signs were going up. Her early years with an independent firm taught her ingenuity and determination which helped her become one of the top-selling land agents of the region. Learning to use and perfecting social media to promote properties and services, Jesse caught the attention of the Small Business Development Center and for a time Jesse contracted with economic development organizations to support entrepreneurship in rural communities.
Jesse's experience in land brokerage has been influenced by the nature of the geography she's lived in; she's not intimidated by dirt roads or mountain passes. In 2012 Jesse launched her own land brokerage in California specializing in recreational and agricultural properties. After 10 years, Jesse relocated with her husband and two children to the Pacific Northwest and decided to expand her brokerage services into Washington State.
